APPROACH
Our approach to Corporate Social responsibility and Investment (CSRI) is to establish and maintain strong relationships with local communities, other stakeholders, as part of our business strategy. Implementation of the projects is guided by the company’s CSRI Policy and Strategy. The Board of Directors Sub-Committee on CSRI approves projects which will be funded during the strategy period and meets quarterly to review progress.
Amulet Group supports projects that focus on improving the quality of life of the communities living around the surrounding areas and whose sustainability will outlive the life of the surrounding municipality area. The company emphasizes active participation and ownership of the projects in different municipalities, while giving backstopping technical support and training in areas of project management, governance, finance, and sustainability.

Amulet Group commits to driving sustainable development in the following key areas:
We believe education is foundational to transformation and national development. In line with the construction regulations, Amulet Group will support educational initiatives that develop the skills needed within the industry. This includes a scholarship programmes for students and technical training levels, as well as infrastructure support for schools through the provision of facilities and learning materials.
We support the growth of Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) to stimulate local economies, create jobs, and reduce poverty. Amulet Group will identify and invest in high-impact socio-economic projects within communities and beyond. Where possible, we will collaborate with NGOs and other stakeholders committed to community development and business empowerment.
Recognizing the critical health challenges in our operational areas — including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, Cancer, and limited access to healthcare — Amulet Group will invest in improving community health services and infrastructure. Our efforts will focus on addressing urgent needs while supporting long-term health resilience in the communities we serve.
We are committed to contributing to the development of public infrastructure that supports community growth and well-being. Through the construction of essential community facilities, Amulet Group will support sustainable development initiatives. Upon completion, all infrastructure projects will be handed over to the appropriate community authorities for ongoing management and maintenance.
Amulet Group supports grassroots environmental initiatives that promote sustainability and environmental awareness. These projects will be community-driven and aim to protect, restore, and enhance the natural environment within and around our areas of operation.
In addition to our structured programmes, Amulet Group will support ad-hoc social initiatives, including emergency donations and sports sponsorships. Preference will be given to initiatives that align with development goals and comply with relevant construction laws and legislative requirements.
